WORLD ENERGY COMPLETES SALE OF LAKELAND BIODIESEL PLANT TO CLEAN FUEL

BOSTON, Mass—World Energy Alternatives, LLC announced today that it successfully completed the sale of its Lakeland, Florida biodiesel facility to Clean Fuel Lakeland, LLC of Orlando, Florida on April 15, 2009.
