OPEC Yet to Lower Oil Output

After agreeing to lower output in September and October, OPEC members have yet to fully deliver on their promises, pumping 932,000 barrels a day more than the target of 27.3 million a day for November, according to Bloomberg.

However, analysts expect OPEC to lower output targets by 7.3%, when its members meet December 17.
