US Biodiesel Tax Credit Signed Into Law

On Friday, the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act that extends the $1 per gallon biodiesel tax incentive for one year was signed into law.
The bill allows the $1 per gallon credit for all biodiesel, regardless of feedstock, and closes the so-called “splash and dash” loophole.
