China Agri-Industries Holdings will increase its oilseed processing capacity by two-thirds by the end of 2010, a senior executive said.
The company has signed an agreement with the Tianjin government to build a 1.2 million mt per year oilseed processing plant and buy a 600,000 mt per year plant in Dongguan this year.
