MyFuel To Build Two Malaysian Biodiesel Plants

Biodiesel manufacturer MyFuel Ltd has secured a 3.2ha factory site in the Port Klang Free Zone in Malaysia to build two biodiesel plants with production capacities of 100,000 and 250,000 mt a year.
The company has a marketing and distribution agreement with biodiesel brand leader World Energy.
"The palm oil-based plants are expected to be completed in June 2008," managing director George Joukador told a media briefing in Kuala Lumpur. The facilities will be equipped by European supplier Desmet Ballestra.
MyFuel has two subsidiaries for its Malaysian operation: Biodiesel SP Sdn Bhd and Biodiesel LD Sdn Bhd.
