Petrobras Opens Second Biodiesel Plant

Petrobras has inaugurated the second of its three planned biodiesel plants in the Brazilian state of Ceara. The plant, which is owned by Petrobras Biocombustivel, is located in Quixada and has a production volume of 15 million gallons of biodiesel per year.
A third plant is in its final construction phase in Montes Claros,Minas Gerais state.
