US Senate to Vote on Tax Extender Bill Again

Less than a week after failing to win a cloture vote on tax extender legislation (HR 6409) passed by the US House, which includes extension of the $1 biodiesel tax credit and other biofuel incentives, the US Senate will take a second cloture vote late today on the bill.
If the cloture vote succeeds, the tax extender legislation will then move to the floor of the Senate for consideration.
