Obama Orders Federal Agencies to Cut Emissions, Fuel Consumption

President Obama signed an executive order this week requiring federal agencies to cut emissions and petroleum use, reducing their vehicle fuel consumption by at least 2% through 2020 compared to 2005 levels, and use low GHG emitting vehicles and biodiesel blends.
Agencies will be required to set and report GHG reduction targets, due within 90 days.
