US Senate Approves EPA Spending Bill Without Biofuel Amendments

Late Thursday, the US Senate approved--by a 77-21 vote--its $32.1-billion 2010 Interior/EPA spending bill, without any of the biofuel-related amendments that had been filed, including a bill that would prohibit the use of the funds by EPA to include international indirect land use change (ILUC) provisions in RFS2, OPIS reports.
