Argentina Could Produce Record Soy Crop Next Season on El Nino Rains

Argentina may produce a record 50-million tons of soybeans in the next harvest as El Nino rains forecast for the next three months break the worst drought in a century, the Buenos Aires Cereals Exchange reports.

The Argentine harvest fell by almost a third this year to 32-million tons, the lowest since 2004, Bloomberg reports.
