Argentina’s farmers will press the government to cut taxes and export restrictions on grains and oilseeds, saying the reductions would lead to a record harvest within two years.
According to the Argentine Rural Confederation, output could reach 98-million mt in the 2010-2011 season, more than the 95-million mt record set two years ago, Bloomberg reports.
