Peru Biodiesel Mandate Continues on Course Despite Issues

In Peru, Repsol and PetroPeru have complained of local biodiesel quality problems to the Ministry of Energy and Mines calling for a halt of the 2011, 5% biodiesel mandate.
However, the government stated that the biodiesel mandate would stay at 5% in 2011, up from 2% in 2009-10.
