Brazil Biodiesel Mandate May Increase In July

Brazil's plans to increase local biodiesel blending from 3% to 4% in July, will sharply reduce its exports of soyoil, a London-based vegetable oils analyst said.
If the new mandate is implemented, soyoil exports from Brazil will be ruled out during the second half of 2009.
